with a deep love for nature and the environment. He has always been drawn to the outdoors from a young age. Growing up surrounded by lush landscapes and diverse ecosystems, he developed a keen interest in wildlife, plants, and the natural world. This curiosity led him to pursue a course specializing in wildlife conservation, biodiversity, and sustainable tourism. Certifications in first aid, wilderness survival, and tour guiding. Mr. Nabaala has expert knowledge of local flora, fauna, and ecosystems.
His exceptional communication and storytelling abilities bring the natural world to life for diverse audiences. He is experienced in designing and leading eco-friendly tours that focus on education, conservation, and sustainable tourism practices. He also has strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle diverse groups, from families to adventure travelers. He is proficient in several languages, enhancing his ability to cater to international tourists.
With over 3+ years as a tour guide operator, leading nature-focused excursions, Mr. Nabaala has collaborated with conservation organizations to promote eco-tourism initiatives and protect wildlife habitats. He has also organized educational tours for schools, families, and corporate groups, offering deep insights into the local environment.
His key achievements include developing eco-friendly travel packages that balance adventure with environmental responsibility, leading wildlife-watching expeditions, and promoting local conservation efforts. He is also passionate about photography, birdwatching, and participating in environmental activities such as clean-up drives and tree planting.
Mr. Nabaala's vision is to inspire a new generation of travelers to respect and appreciate nature. Through his work, he hopes to show that tourism can be both an adventure and a tool for conservation, helping protect our planet’s incredible biodiversity for future generations.

Pilot Leperes is a highly respected Senior Safari Tour Guide and Driver Field Guide with over 15 years of professional experience in Kenya’s tourism industry. Throughout his career, he has successfully operated across the country’s premier wildlife destinations, including the Maasai Mara, Amboseli, Samburu, and other key conservation areas.
He is widely recognized for his exceptional wildlife knowledge, safe and skillful off-road driving, and outstanding guest engagement. Pilot consistently delivers high-quality, responsible safari experiences to both local and international visitors, ensuring safety, education, and memorable encounters with nature. His guiding philosophy strongly promotes eco-tourism principles, conservation awareness, and meaningful cultural interpretation, helping guests understand both wildlife and local communities.
